Where the model disagrees with the market — projected win probability and total vs. the live line, flagged by edge. The MLB analog of the NFL Betting Edge (distinct from Best Lines, which just shops for the best price).
What this needs
- ›A game-level model: win probability + projected runs/total per matchup (depends on the Game Simulator model).
- ›Compare the model number to the live the-odds-api line to compute the edge (Best Lines data already flows in).
- ›Honest framing — surface price edges, never claim to beat the closing line.
